Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received and is in process. Typically, an order is processed within 48 hours of receipt. All orders are shipped by courier ground services. The fulfillment center is located in Ontario – ground services take approximately two days within this province and a day per province to your address. For example: if your address is British Columbia – it will take two days in Ontario and four more days to cross the country – therefore approximately six to seven days to reach your address.

Orders are processed immediately. Delays may be caused due to a problem processing your credit card or credit card verification. If we are unable to process your credit card and you provided a valid email address, we will notify you via email.
After you have placed your order, if for some reason an item is not available to ship, the item will be cancelled from your order. We will notify you via email that an item has been cancelled from your order and if you may select another item or place your order on back-order until the item arrives.
